Excellent Tongs. They are very thin and light. I bought these to pack in our tackle box. We always need pliers to pull out fishhooks when they are deep in the fish's mouth. They are small and long and will work great.

The lips of the pair I received are not smooth and the edge is raised and sharp. But the file will remove the edges. But then again, the sponges are still not smooth, so they're probably not ideal for something you need to avoid ruining the finish. The handles are pink, seem pretty solid and work pretty well.

I had trouble finding good pliers. For some reason I'm going through them quickly, and they're just uncomfortable. I was hoping this one would hold up, but I didn't expect it to be so durable and comfortable in my hands. I know they are commonly used for jewelry making, but I use them for other crafts that require more durability and hard wearing. Looks like they'll last a while. I hope I'm right.
