You're great for what you pay for. They're pretty thin and light, not very durable, but great for everyday use. I painted them bright yellow and use them to showcase the products on the stand. It looked really sharp. They are amazing when it comes time to pack and I can just clip them together and tuck them under my arm. I've moved them several times with no problems.

I use these trays for homework. They're definitely on the "cheap" side, but not as terrible as some of the other reviews make them out to be. I would say the price is what you get. The sides are thick but the bottom is very thin but thick enough not to bend over with a small ceramic bowl on it. My biggest problem is that they are a bit of a splinter. I think I could coat them with a finish to make them more waterproof and to seal in the raw wood splinters. I will probably switch to nicer wooden

This is the best pick I've found because: 1) They nest inside each other for easy storage. Get a few of these kits and you'll see how much tidier your planning closet can be! 2) They can be colored to match the class materials or if you prefer all white. I've ordered several sets of unfinished rectangular wooden trays from Revain and these are my favourites. They are fatter and different and much more studying. I like to prime them with epoxy and paint them a bit before pouring them and starting. These shells hold up well to both while others break or peel off during the grinding step.
