I have a bathtub with non slip stickers that has been around for about 40 years. I have used them with both the sharp metal blades and the plastic blades included in the kit. Work very well on glass panels for color. You must be just as careful with metal razor blades as you are with any other tool holding them. I use Stubby the most. One thing I did with it to clean up the edges of the sculptor's paint to get the best angle was to hold the end of the pen on the glass while I push or pull it around the edges.
