I’d been going to the gym 3-4x a week for years, but life changed and it was going to be harder to get there regularly so I bought these. 3 weeks in and I’m in just as good of, if not better, shape than when I was going to the gym.Just because of how resistance bands function though you’ll need a door or buy some wall mounts (which is what I did) to anchor the bands too though in order to get a high level of resistance for maximum results.

Great value for all that you get. Seems sturdy enough and havent had any issues. I’ve been using the bands 4x/week for a few months and havent noticed any wear and tear issues. Bar is great. Rest of the accessories are good too. Would purchase again if I needed another set.

This is exceptionally well made. Great portable gym for a low cost. I will order another one so as to increase the weight bands for exercises such as squats.

It’s as advertised. I’ve been using it almost every morning. The only thing I wished it had is a video showing all the exercises. It’s great for the mature person, like myself, that’s trying to get active again.

I love that the bar for the stretch bands can be used in two different lengths. Plus, all the stretch bands have the same stretch capacity of 30 bounds. The set is well crafted. It is easy to change and add all of the attachments. The two foot pedals are definitely a plus to have with this set. Once your feet are in the pedal straps, they don’t slip out while doing your stretch routine. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. So far I like everything with the sturdiness and the flexibility. It really gets all body parts a workout. Definitely a great value for the money.

I very impressed about the weight and length of the resistance bar. I’m a fairly wide man and I can get a firm over my shoulders grip….great choice plus the bands are well made and have a good resistance. Complete 5 stars

Everything I need. Have received a better workout with this system than free weights. Love it. Bought for a gym replacement, keeping it for it's effectiveness.
