I have very tight neck muscles. The muscle that hurts the most is the one that runs over my shoulder and then travels up my neck. You need two hands to use this and I found it impossible to get both hands to put pressure on this muscle. It just sits in a box. Don't buy it if you can't place both hands correctly.

The video is great! I usually use rounder rollers but wanted to try this one in hopes it would help with the back strain, which it did! There are three movable sections that make it really easy to move around while riding and it's very light. The quality is very good. I like the handles too. Overall a great purchase.

This is a great video. very efficient and easy to use. The tips are rubber so they don't hurt when you use them. However, the ads look like you will get 2. However, you only get 1 reel. The ad is very confusing, with 2 spots for color selection and a photo of 2 reels. and the fact that this one is 1.5 times more expensive than the same video in another ad. It was easy to assume you would get 2. But no. So keep looking. elsewhere you can get one for just under 10€.
