Cats love it Cats

This string is thick and won't break when my cats scratch it. Used it to replace old thinner yarn on a cat scratching post and it was the perfect length!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Easy to repair

Very disappointed - beds and furniture

This rope was supposed to be untreated with any chemicals or rodenticides but it had a very strong chemical smell. It smelled so bad that I couldn't use it for its intended purpose - to make a cat toy.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • unreliable

CAT SPEAKS for cats

Well I was going to return it but the cat spoke! I bought this and another option to make a custom cat scratching post but this one seems to be the winner. Haven't used it to make the scratching post yet, but this rope already casts a lot less than the other one, so I'm happy with it.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Weight

Too expensive for the quantity received.

The amount received is simply not enough to redesign the scratching post. I wrapped one of 8 posts on my Armarqat scratching post. In this scenario, reworking the entire tree will cost me $140. I was trying to find a way to make a tree cheaper than buying a new one. It's not like this. It will return. The material seems good and I love the color but unless you're just doing a cat post it's just not worth it.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Periodicity

Great replacement

The worst part is spending that much money on a nice big scratching post as my furry mafia likes to scratch vertically. So the sisal wrapped around the poles breaks into pieces so easily and they ruin the real structural integrity if I don't catch it in time. It was a better replacement than the original in the mail. It got much thicker and bigger, so even after a month it didn't tear twice as fast as the previous one. I used gorilla glue on the pole and then wrapped it tight, added some more…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No assault rifle
