Came with a broken frame due to poor packaging. The wood on the frame is falling apart. Thin cardboard on the back of each frame. It is expensive and of very poor quality.

I wish I knew how to take pictures with my phone etc to show how perfect this frame is! The next care must get four photo frames, new girl! It's well made, easily removed from the back of the frame and as usual came this morning with a photo showing my delivery on the porch. THANK YOU AMAZONE!

Used refurbished My Barnwood frames (3.5" x 7" portrait landscape portrait) for our children's wedding photos. The jute strap was "a real problem" as it broke due to the weight of the frames. I used a needle and strong thread to pull the frames tightly together. I think leather strips would work much better.

Everything about this frame is great except the three pieces are wood, all have a different texture and the bottom frame is much darker than the top two . The top two frames are gray while the bottom one is dark brown. Looks very inconsistent. I know this suggests the color can be huge, but it's a very obvious difference. I was just considering returning it as defective and apparently there is a 20% restocking fee so I guess I'm getting used to it!

I really like these shots. I hesitated because some reviews made them sound like they weren't quality. I think so. They give a rustic look. This is raw wood and I love that they have different frame display options. Someone also mentioned the difficulty of getting and taking photos due to the jute connector, I don't think that would be a problem. I am very happy with my purchase.

Love the look of this frame and needed a mismatch between landscape and portrait but was disappointed to only find flat white card stock backs. My photos are 4x6 so I need to buy black paper or something. Also, the center frame is difficult to fit into an image due to the rope-like tape that holds the frames together. I will not be returning the product but I would not recommend buying this frame for a family member or friend.

Here's the thing. The burlap straps holding the frames were tattered and torn. You just can't hang it like that. However the frames were so pretty and for a three pack the price was still good so I went and spent another $2-3 on small mounts so I could screw them together. Was it possible to contact the seller and request a replacement or refund? Absolutely! They contacted me via email and told me to do this if I had any problems. I thought about it, but didn't want to waste the time or effort…

While the frames look relatively nice, there are some decidedly cheap aspects: the back of the frames that hold the photos is literally corrugated cardboard, and the jute ribbon is very slim . . In addition, splinters came loose from the back of the tree. The cardboard backs look like they were cut out of a cardboard box and all 3 are too loose for the frame. I've bought frames at places like Walmart for $10 that have real rear frames (and glass), so I think this seller is cutting corners. And…

I bought this frame to hang 3 photos of my baby as gifts for her grandparents. I love that it's made in the USA and made from recycled barn. However, as other reviewers have said, the price is a bit steep. The quality is good, but not outstanding. All the woods match and look beautiful. The back is cardboard, which I don't think matters because who's going to see it? One of the pieces of glass had an odd edge, like it wasn't a clean cut.
