Fantastic User Friendly System With Excellent Customer Service

I like that they are professional, helpful guides to help set up my site with great directions! They even go above what we need and then some by helping us find other resources as well. Their customer service has been incredible too - always available via email or phone if ever needed during setup/troubleshooting issues. It's not hard at all once you get everything installed correctly (we had several technical people working through our installation process.) but it does take quite awhile so…

Pros
  • The ease of use for new users who aren’t tech savvy is wonderful; also easy navigation between tools while still allowing access control over content creation & publishing permissions per user group / role hierarchy requirements assigned from admins before launch date which can easily change later down the road should needs arise due to staffing shifts etc
Cons
  • All fine
