I bought this about a year ago and am glad I did. I use it to weigh my tea leaves for my daily 2 cups of tea. This might seem like a crazy expense for a maker. However, I buy relatively expensive tea and don't like to waste it. If I make the cup too weak I throw it away (money is lost) and if I make the cup too strong I pour most of it down the drain and add water.
