myEPITIRO keeps you informed of your Wi-Fi user-experience. Epitiro's Virtual Customer Agents (ViC Agents) are hardware based probes that you deployed in key Wi-Fi user locations where they continuously test, report, and notify on Wi-Fi user experience. ViC Agents can test multiple networks and also keep you informed of your splash page authentication functionality. Performance results are easily viewed and analysed from your myEPITIRO web portal and mobile application. myEPITIRO makes it simple to verify expected service levels (SLA), be notified of outages and performance degradation. myEPITIRO helps Network Service Providers and ISPs spot and trouble-shoot customer experience problems, network capacity limitations, user authentication failures, and signal interference issues.

Easy and quick way improve connectivity issues

The ability for customers like myself who have access restrictions set up so our staff don't waste time calling/texting them constantly is one thing i love about epitro! I had heard rumors earlier this year before their relaunch but never saw any evidence or actual numbers till recently when we started testing with some clients again over last month at work after its rebrand as well which shows great improvements since then!!   • Can be used by multiple departments such office administration, IT operations among others in organizations that do business related activities.
  • Able add new functionality easily (which will actually create revenue opportunities) without having extensive technical skills required

Great Customer Service for Phone Call Center

The best part is when I get calls from customers who are not happy with their wireless experience. I do not have to worry about being rude or talking over them to get the point across. Also, since it’s a virtual agent, the customer will never know that the call was placed by someone else. It has been very helpful in getting our customers back on track after an outage. There are some technical difficulties with the system at times, but we haven’t had any major glitches yet. We were able to solve

A fantastic and intuitive customer experience platform

The fact that we were able to see our customers’ experiences across all devices made us realize how important this tool is for each one of them! It was great being able to reach anyone at any time with questions or concerns about their internet connection through WhatsApp messages as well as emails sent directly into accounts via email notifications.
