The fact that we were able to see our customers’ experiences across all devices made us realize how important this tool is for each one of them! It was great being able to reach anyone at any time with questions or concerns about their internet connection through WhatsApp messages as well as emails sent directly into accounts via email notifications.

As I mentioned above, there really wasn't anything i disliked other than perhaps an easier way to navigate around sometimes when using different applications/devices simultaneously but overall everything worked perfectly fine!!
