Great Customer Service for Phone Call Center

The best part is when I get calls from customers who are not happy with their wireless experience. I do not have to worry about being rude or talking over them to get the point across. Also, since it’s a virtual agent, the customer will never know that the call was placed by someone else. It has been very helpful in getting our customers back on track after an outage. There are some technical difficulties with the system at times, but we haven’t had any major glitches yet. We were able to solve many problems quickly and efficiently with this program.
