Editing the previous review. One arm broke off after 5 months of use just for a bath towel. Unfortunately, the arm cannot be reattached. I don't know how long the other 2 arms last.

The heated towel rail broke 4 days after returning the window. This looks like a quality control issue as I am now seeing this exact issue in other reviews. The company should send us a replacement swivel to anyone who is having this issue. I would not buy from this company again.

Works well Very durable. Just follow the instructions carefully. The scheme will help to sort parts and carefully assemble them. This gives me the opportunity to move around and find the perfect spot for him. I avoided placing towel rails in small areas. I didn't have to drill holes in the new walls, just remove them, try a better position and patch the walls.

Poor build quality and all non-tubular metal parts made from cheap plastic pieces with lots of casting lines and silver plating. The base is impractically large, about 1 foot in diameter. The design wobbles and makes noise when in use. The only good thing I have to say about it is the heavy base, there is a weighted plastic part that fits under the metal skirt. But considering how ugly and badly built everything else is, it doesn't do much good.

I have an elliptical in my spare room that I use every day. After the workout, my headband, brass clasps, etc. got wet. I hung them on a towel rail in the bathroom, but to do that I had to find a spot for the towel, which was mostly over the shower rail. Easy to assemble (which is a must for me), inexpensive, compact and portable, this towel rail is perfect for me. Sweat no longer drips from the bedroom into the bathroom. I just undress and hang everything on this stand next to my car.

I purchased this product on July 28th. I really liked this product, unfortunately the upper swingarm broke. I have asked MyGift not to replace the entire product, just the upper swingarm. I was told I was not entitled to a replacement as it broke after the 30 day warranty expired. This has only happened a few times on products I have purchased from Revain and each time the seller is more than willing to replace defective parts regardless of the 'warranty period'. I have very little wall space in my bathroom and need a free standing towel rail that isn't bulky or takes up a lot of floor space. It fits the bill but I wish they had put a little more effort into making it less tasteless. The base is the most beautiful part of the entire device. It's tempered glass that looks pretty stylish. However, the bars look very modest. They have really poor quality plastic caps on the ends and I'm not sure if they will stay or fall out, they don't fit very securely…
