Defective Product - Poor Quality Assurance Standards

Item was defective, came with unusual screws and could not be fitted due to poor workmanship. The item itself is very cheaply made - a curved bar with multiple brackets. I would recommend spending money elsewhere.

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Compatibility

Cheap, wrongly measured and not worth the money.

I'm so disappointed. Found it a little pricey but liked the way it looked. The material is very cheap! When I started assembly, 3 of the 4 screws in the support rods came loose. It didn't fit properly so I had to take the supporting burglars off. Even after that it is not balanced. Dissatisfied.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • Empty

Helps with organizational madness!

Since I'm home distance learning, I needed something to keep the kids' homework from ending up on the kitchen counter. Thanks to this, a bunch of papers remained in one place. Each child has a tray to work with and doesn't have to sift through papers to find it. It can even accommodate a laptop in one of the compartments. The look is beautiful and fits at the end of our kitchen counter.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Available in white only

All right - office and school supplies

I really wanted to like this device; however, it is not well done. There were no pre-drilled holes for the screws, and the wood on the shelf cracked when I put in the first screw. It should be noted that the wood is very thin. In fact, I didn't even screw the rest all the way in because I didn't want to keep chopping wood. Everything looks good from a distance, but the price and the damage from the screws don't suit me that much.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • packaging is ugly

Could be better for the price.

Not bad in general. For almost $50 I was expecting a little better quality but it's built and seems to hold up well. I wish they would add an extra screw or two as one of the screws I received had a head that was sealed where the tip of a screwdriver would go so it couldn't be used. Likewise. The instructions make it clear that the screws need to go into the floor, but each shelf is pre-threaded on the side for screws. For more than 30€ I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Useless features

Beautiful, spacious, rustic paper holder

Our home office looks very nice. I didn't want anything too cubic office look. It goes well with our rustic theme. First you need to assemble the crossbars to the base and then attach the trays to the frame using the screws included in the kit. I recommend attaching the bottom shell first. This makes it easier to attach the other two trays. Also make sure you look at the tiny holes on the sides of the trays. This tells you what level the compartment is on. Because its triangular holes are not…

Pros
  • Trial year for one year
Cons
  • Almost everything included

Not worth the price and parts break

This item is definitely not worth $49. I ordered it and the screws in the two rods break when screwed in. I sent it back for an exchange and the same thing happened to the exchange item! I loved the look of this item and it suits my office so well that after gluing it together with Gorilla Glue and E600, which still didn't work, I was able to make the two bars stronger, viz with someone's help. Helping to keep it in place was when I very carefully screwed the trays into the holder using an IKEA
