🔪 Jet Flo Replacement Blade by Mylec Review

My son is obsessed with street hockey. He wore his old blade until it broke. This blade is quite durable and should last you quite a while when shooting on tarmac. The only thing that confuses me is that the supplied screws are quite short and very thin. He lost one after only playing a couple of times, and the other fell shortly after. I replaced them with thicker, longer screws and they hold the blade in place well.

My kids play street hockey almost every day and their street hockey sticks wear out in a few weeks. Street hockey sticks are no longer cheap. I started fitting these blades after the blade wore out and they last much longer. Cut off the old one and put on the new one. If they break a blade on one of their hockey sticks, I cut the blade off and put that blade on and they can use it as a street hockey stick. Definitely worth trying.

Used these to replace the hockey stick blades that came with this set: Mylec Deluxe Hockey Goal Set They fit perfectly which was my main concern. The blades that stepped on the sticks quickly wore out and played on the concrete. I hope these blades last a little longer. They are much stronger than the original blades. The plastic is also thicker so I think we'll get our money's worth. Will be updated with signs of use.
