I love how easy it is to set up your lobby, and add all of your staff members. You can also assign different roles for each member in order to help with keeping track of who's where! I like that it is easy to use, has many features for different types of users/groups (e-mail notifications etc), you can set up alerts if people are not responding quickly enough or they don't have their login information handy at all times which helps keep track!
