The ease of use was our favorite thing about this software- I didn't feel like it took any time at all to train myself in how the system worked, once we got past that training process everything just clicked with me! It allows us so much control over what information is being given out without having people come into the office asking questions or sending emails every single day. I like that we are able to manage our contracts in one place instead of having multiple emails going back-and forth between different people at each client's office or working from home! Sometimes it is hard getting information out if you're not there but they do have helpful staff members who can help with questions when needed!!
