Very good product. The shoulder strap was the most important thing for me. The bag is attractive, soft and the bottom of the bag could be stronger but overall a great product that I use every day. So far no complaints.

The dimensions you specified in the description are incorrect! We bought this because the product dimensions of 14.6 x 6.5 x 10.2 inches are the most similar to Tap Portugal's cabin dimensions. The bag arrived today, the measurements are totally wrong and in this case it's a serious matter because next week I have to go to Spain with a cat in a cabin. Perfect design. I love that the top and side panels open - both have a zipper. I hold them open with my own staples. My dog is a bit big for the bag as he is 6.4 pounds. She feels comfortable in it, but loves it anyway. Maybe she likes to feel the hug of the bag. I think she likes that she isn't thrown as hard as she is in her big bags.
