Does the job - chassis

The instructions that came with the alignment kit were very difficult to read. They have photos, but they were printed in black and white and were of poor quality. I couldn't make out what was in the picture. I like the product in general. There is no online help.

Pros
  • Few competitors

Great product, looks and works well

I chose 2 inches to keep the original feel of the suspension. Very easy to assemble, about 35 minutes per side. This has helped me clean the wheels with no problems 285 70 17 ALIGNMENT REQUIRED after installation The polished metal finish adds a classy touch after installation

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Minor flaws

3 " raised my Avalanche 09 5 or 6 inches.

Good quality car and materials but they raised my Avalanche 5 or 6 inches from the front with no other mods. They had good service customers and I got my money back but I had to raise the rear 2.5 and the front is still up.I walked away from work for 2 weeks over the weekend with no truck trying to figure it out.

  • Satisfied so far

quality control? The best in shock absorbers, struts and suspension

Expect the strut bolts to be ground. Hanger bolts didn't fit. The product was 1/16 inch too small. Special for processing, terrible dimensions, please try again. After an hour of grinding, the bolts went right away. Then I realized they didn't send washers for the top of the rack for their screws. A ride with top-notch gear will fix that. Currently I'm doing the backend and I'd rather not update that. All the parts for the rear are there, so let's assume everything worked out. It's easier than…

There's more to the setup than they tell you.

If you are purchasing a 2" alignment kit, please note that you will need to cut the top of the bearing rack studs to ensure the assembly is properly bolted. This step, which they don't mention, adds another 45 minutes to the first page to take it all apart and start over. This 2" kit added 3-1/8" of travel to the front of my 2018 Silverado 1500. I wouldn't go for a 3 inch rise as I think that will be too high in the long run. I really hoped I didn't have to cut any factory parts to complete…

Good product! on chassis

They say it's 3 inches but it's more like 5 or 6 inches. I put them on a new set of struts thinking it was the new springs but after 6 months the front mine was still an inch higher than the rear, I took them off and got a 2 inch kit and he finally leveled the truck. They are made from quality materials and are fairly easy to install for those who are mechanically inclined. But he raised the front too high. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to level their car. Just remember…

Great lift for Chevy Avalanche

I have a 2011 Chevy Avalanche LTZ with Z55 front suspension and auto-leveling rear shocks. I added a 2.5" front lift as well as a 1" rear. There is no backlight, it wasn't difficult to install. The front end will need a little nudge to get the electronic connectors to the top of the uprights, but they stayed and I had no problems. I didn't have to grind the post mounting bolts to fit as instructed. I had trouble trying to fit the included self-locking nuts. They loosened the screws on the…

  • Very good value
Cons
  • Something different

Good set, no complaints so far

Good product. Seems well done. All installation hardware included. I replaced all of my air suspension with shocks and coils so my front end was already high. The 2" kit lifted it high enough to clear the 20x9 285 55 20 wheels and the tires scraped in all 4 wheel arches before lifting, now clearing the sides completely. This made my front end slightly higher than the rear. (1.1 inches) so I guess I'll have to pick up the loot on the boat. The display will update after I have driven a few miles…

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Which kit is for you?

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to for a number of reasons. At first I wasn't sure how big the spacer is for 2", 2.5", 3"? Well after much deliberation and even more measurements I settled on 2.5". I've included a few before and after shots to give you an idea Installation wasn't too difficult as the hardest part was rotating the bottom post bushings so the post could be installed 180 degrees. I didn't photograph the height beforehand but you can see I have about 1/2"difference…
