I just sat on it and one of the forged steel legs broke and I collapsed. I weigh about 175 pounds. I'm not sure if it's returnable under Revain's policy, but I feel like an item like this should last a lifetime.

I have ordered 2 of these. One of them broke and I sent it back. the other is in my shop for extra seating. Since that was the end of what Revain had to offer, I think it's pretty well done. I can't say yet how durable it will be. Hope it lasts for many years.

amazingly durable and comfortable. The green color has a nice rustic finish. The driver's seat is surprisingly comfortable. You have to use the lock under the seat to tighten the shaft so it stops rocking. This stool is heavy, but we like it.

Sent it back because it looks white in the photo (with displeasure) but personally it was gold. Not at all what we wanted. If you intend to use it on hardwood or vinyl, be careful; it will scratch the floor. We thought about coloring it but couldn't figure out what to do with the bottom of the legs.

As mentioned earlier, the lower part of the legs is made of molded material that can scratch softer base material. Some feet are flat and some are not. This design should be improved with better foundation material. The bronze plating is slightly scratched and has blemishes, revealing the metallic material upon unpacking.
