If nobody can read your letter

Because I had a problem that affected my handwriting, I needed a means of communicating with the world that would not use a computer. We threw away our old typewriter, the WPT-150 fits and does its job.

  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Nice functional typewriter

I ordered this typewriter for my 90 year old grandfather and he loves it. He uses it often and hasn't had any problems with it so far. Delivery the next day after ordering, which surprised me a lot.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Only available in white

Great car for your money!

This typewriter exceeded all our expectations. We mainly use it in our shop for mailing labels, tax forms, filling out pre-printed forms and various other small writing projects. Very good car for your money. I recommend this product.

The machine works great!

I'm in love with this new electric typewriter. It's so comfortable on my hands (I have arthritis) that I can type fast like I used to. . The manual explains all the parts and buttons of the typewriter, which is exactly what I needed as I haven't used a typewriter in many years and just wanted to try my hand at typing again. I'm so glad I took the plunge and tried it.

Pros
  • Useful for more than its intended purpose
Cons
  • Nothing here

Came broken. Happy Mother's Day!

This is a Mother's Day gift for my 80 year old mother who loves texting but hasn't been able to hold a pen lately. She was excited. My flower brothers were ashamed. When I took it out of the box, the spacebar flew across the room. The tape didn't advance because the little gear that turned it didn't work. My flower brothers giggled. I ran to the nearest stationery store and found exactly the same thing but with a famous brand, and paid twice as much, but it works.

Terrible quality for a typewriter

I don't often write reviews although I buy a lot from Revain, a product has to be either super good or super bad. This is SUPER BAD! It was a birthday present for my college son and when it was opened there were feathers and keys dangling everywhere. It turned out that the spacebar (also free-floating) was also defective. Tried to type (only with no spaces, of course) and the font was sporadically uneven and of terrible quality. I have called Nakajima several times but no one answers, you leave

Nakijima WP 150 Typewriter

Likes because I only have a tablet, not a PC. There are things that you must enter. I paid $220. When I saw before Christmas that it was for sale, it's ok, but it hurts. Before you start typing, take your time and open the top of the burner because there's a rectangular styrofoam block there that you'll never get out if you try to pull it out! At first I couldn't lift the lid and was afraid to press it hard. Finally he got up and I was able to remove the foam. Read the included instructions. As

There aren't many options for a typewriter these days!

Brother, Nakajima looked at and restored vintage cars. Vintage equipment is very expensive and vendors have serious attitude problems. The Brother machine didn't have good reviews and didn't have good reliability. Nakajima WPT-150 seemed like the best choice. Nakajima is an OEM for 6-7 brand typewriters (Adler, Canon, Olympia, Swintec, Royal, Olivetti, Sears) that have since been discontinued due to market shrinkage. So Nakajima seemed like the best choice. It turned out that the WPT-150 met…
