Easy, simple & fast with great support

I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the software to fit your needs. It's super easy to use and it's very efficient. I like that it is very customizable and the customer service is amazing. I wish there was a way to have more than one rep on the phone at a time. I wish that I could have a different rep for each customer I have. I have been able to cut down on my phone calls and I no longer have to call my rep to get answers to my questions. I am able to answer the questions…

Pros
  • The program has made selling easier because we are now using an automated system instead of having our reps calling every day with new orders or problems they notice while working in their stores/offices daily! We can just log into NanOREP whenever necessary, check sales reports as well so far everything looks great!!! Very user friendly!! :)

Excellent customer service - always willing respond promptly

I like that we can do our own reporting without having someone from Nanorep look at it for us! Also, all of their techs are very thorough and make sure they understand what is happening before making changes or moving forward with things. We don't get any reports back anymore so there are less of those little nagging emails you have to deal with in order to be effective when talking about changes made by them. They should send out more info during onboarding as sometimes customers aren't aware…

Pros

  • Ability see how many clients / prospects an opportunity actually had instead just seeing "unavailable" statuses because people didn’t follow up helped eliminate false negatives where reps would mark contacts unavailable after missing contact attempts
