I didn't know that the green part under the vest is a full tail, so I took the advice that is often bought together and bought another tail. I'm sure it will be used. Tail and vest are one piece. It's great quality and my granddaughter sleeps in it now, she loves it. I suppose that means we won't have a problem getting her to carry it to the pond. My granddaughter is 3 years old and weighs almost 30 kilos. Fits her well but not much room to grow.
