I chose Large for my almost 7 month old baby who weighs over 20lbs. I agree with the other review that he outgrows the waist before he outgrows the diaper. I have officially changed this rating three times from 4 stars to 2 stars and now to 1 star. I've spent a lot of time comparing them to other diapers and testing them on my 2 year old. Unfortunately they are TERRIBLE. Possibly the worst diapers I've ever used and we've tried them all. XL fits well (he weighs 29 pounds and wears 3T clothing; he normally wears Huggies Special Delivery size 6, Huggies Movers size 7 and Pampers 360s size 6). They are very soft. These diapers fit. We ordered size M for our 4.5 month old baby who has recently switched to a size 2 in nappies and huggies. We adhere to clean/odor-free/chemical-free diaper lines whenever possible. They are a bit different from the mainstream brands as they usually have more material and hang a bit lower between the child's legs. It's not necessarily a plus or minus, just a difference.
