Essential for my marathon training

This is a very comfortable and light backpack that does not bounce at all. I like how the hydration bladder opens wide and is easy to clean. I fill it with water + electrolytes like Ultima Replenisher. I've trained for a full marathon and run a full race with this pack. Great moisturizer for women

Love this moisturizer! I'm fairly small in stature so the adjustable shoulder straps were really good at finding a fit that worked with my arm movement. It took me a few adjustments to get it right because I'm very careful not to let my hands come into contact with the front pockets at all, especially when I'm running on my long days. The right attitude really changes day and night!

I can only say WOW how important the right settings are! I've always been a drinking runner. I either did waterstops on my long runs or I ran with a club that did waterstops for us. In order not to throw out extra water before my run, I decided to finally try a backpack or a vest.
