Review on πŸƒ Nathan Hydration Running Vest with 2L Bladder: Ultimate Back Pack for Runners - Stay Hydrated on the Go with Smartphone Compatible Pocket and Drinking Bite Valve by Robert Grind

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Essential for my marathon training

This is a very comfortable and light backpack that does not bounce at all. I like how the hydration bladder opens wide and is easy to clean. I fill it with water + electrolytes like Ultima Replenisher. I've trained for a full marathon and run a full race with this pack. The right pocket is perfect for my iPhone 8 in the case, it doesn't have a cover which is great for me as I like being able to reach my phone easily to check a map or my pace etc. I'm a keto runner and put his salted gum in his left pocket. I also keep lip balm and a little sunscreen in there. The back pocket is good for emergency essentials: a rain poncho, a phone charger, spare headphones, an emergency snack and an asthma inhaler. You can also use the drawstrings to tuck in an extra shirt. The only thing I want is a way of knowing how much water I have left. As a keto runner, I use salt during my runs and tend to drink a lot. 2 liters lasted me about 14 miles in 80 degree heat and 20 miles in 50 degree heat. I would like to have better control over my water intake.
