CHANGING THE GAME! I don't like carrying a water bottle with me. Had a normal folding strap for years. Now I can have a hydration that I don't have to hold on to and that doesn't squirt. Fits a Galaxy Note 9. Runs small so if you have hips go one size up!

I bought this running belt for four marathon runs. My main concern was staying properly hydrated without carrying overly heavy items. The water bottle fits perfectly and the strap doesn't slip at all. It holds an iphone with its massive case and it has enough room for gels/bars so I recommend it!

As others have said, it's almost impossible to put on and take off. I bought the SM and it was a bit tight around my waist but it was almost impossible to get it on my hips or chest. The thighs were totally unsuitable and I barely managed to pull them up over my chest. Might fit L-XL but I think it would be too big on the waist. I think they made it to be light weight but the fabric needs to be more stretchy or something. I'm 5ft 6in, 135lbs and wear a size 6-8.
