🔧 Brass Cupboard Turn – National Hardware N149-625 V699 Review

I bought this cupboard hardware recently and I'm extremely disappointed. My analysis of this product showed that it was poorly made and not durable at all. The nickel coating started chipping within a week of installing it and now it looks rusty and aged. As a regular user of Tools and Home Improvement products, I expected a better quality product from this brand. The only pro is that it looked nice before it started to deteriorate. The con is that it is a complete waste of money.

I bought these to replace old ones that had broken plastic parts. These new ones are all metal and will likely last a lot longer.

This is complete junk. It's bent metal, not cast, which isn't surprising given that most cheap junk these days is bent. Poor geometry, difficult to adjust so it locks securely but still has enough wiggle room to swing open without bumping into yourself. The spring and handle are loose and thin.
