Standard Replacement Parts

If your doorstop hardware has a partial recess for a rubber foot (tip), this is probably what you need. I was a little confused by the picture as I had not yet removed the worn tip and found that more than half of the tip was not visible during installation. Got them for work - it's easier to do it yourself than trying to call the technical service department.

Pros
  • Stationery
Cons
  • All Right

I miss real hardware stores. They used to have these things.

If you have one of the kickstoppers on one or more doors, you know that after a few years the rubber foot hardens and loses its grip. The foot is really easy to swap out, but big box stores don't have a rubber foot, they want you to buy another foot - and the screw holes probably won't even line up. That's the solution, right here.

Pros
  • Office furniture & lighting
Cons
  • Damaged

Plastic, not rubber, and WRONG SCREW CUTTING!

This is not an exact image or replacement for National Hardware Door Stops. The one I received has parallel lines, not round like the photo. The original is sticky gum; The one I received was a smoother plastic, and while chemical analysis might show it to be rubber (as stated on the packaging), all my instincts are screaming "PLASTIC". Finally, the screw that comes with it has a thinner thread than the original one, so don't throw away your old screws or you'll be out of luck.

Pros
  • Door Stop
Cons
  • Matte Packaging
