It's definitely pie style dog food but my dog loves it. This is great for her because she is old and needs to lose weight. She's already lost a lot of weight with it and doesn't act like she's hungry at all like she does with other brands.

Feed my dog this morning and he started acting weird when I scooped the other half of a glass for dinner, the food was thin and disgusting. I opened 3 more cans and they were all runny and gross. My poor puppy is sick.

I have a diabetic Chihuahua. This dog food is perfect for them. There are vegetables and everything she needs, plus fewer calories because she can't eat anything too greasy. I've tried others but always go back to this low-calorie version. As for picky eaters, I can't tell which ones I've eaten the most that I give her and she's 10 years old.
