I'm so glad I found a new brand of Konjac Sponges! I have tried two other brands and this was the only product with no plastic packaging and no added dyes or chemicals on the sponges. I like the size of these sponges, they fit perfectly in the hand. They are soft enough to apply to the face as well, but dampen with water before each use. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be more eco-friendly!

They work great, they're a good size, they exfoliate gently rather than harshly like a traditional washcloth that I've used for decades. fascinating stuff. I'm glad I got rid of the plastic washcloths. The lace is comfortable although I'm afraid it will rip or tear. The texture isn't exactly smooth, but it's not what I would call "peeling" either. Update: The first one took 2.5 months, although it got pretty rough towards the end. Something black was growing inside. Next time I'll throw it away. Nevertheless 4 stars!

I've used them 3 times now and they're holding up well so far. I was a little apprehensive the first time I tried them as they seem very fragile. Since then I haven't let them get that wet and I feel better. I hope they last because they are really soft and luxurious and I love the idea that when they wear out I can just toss them in the compost!

so i've only used this item once so far...it's not bad...just different lol I'm used to washing with puffs so definitely expected to have to adapt . That being said, I don't care how weird it is at first. I'm so glad I finally found an eco-friendly bath sponge replacement that isn't 1. very expensive and 2. not too harsh. This sponge seems to be the perfect texture for washing sensitive skin and also exfoliates very gently.

I like the idea that they are plastic free, eco friendly and biodegradable. Unfortunately, they turned out to be a big disappointment. First, the size is too small even after soaking in water to expand. To make matters worse, the surface is too soft and the "sponges" are low in soap, and you end up with a very frustrating cleaning experience that feels like you're wiping your skin with a cloth instead of actually cleaning anything .
