The sponge is very hard and does not contour well. The abrasive side was coconut shells and they fell apart after a few uses. Lots of shards fall into the sink. Lost pieces of shell cut into my skin like wood shavings. The idea of using sustainable sponge materials is great, but they need improvement before they can be commercialized.

We have used Scotch-Brite natural sponges for many years. I came across them by accident and decided to order them. We like you! My husband's seal of approval through a designated dishwasher. He loves these sponges - and he's very picky when it comes to dish sponges! Great offer. Good product. More environmentally friendly than others. Excellent work! I will buy again. We like them better than the Scotch-Brite brand.

They are way better than the "green" sponges in the big stores. The coconut fiber (rough side) has a very strong cleaning power, and the soft white side of the sponge is very absorbent (like any other sponge). A box of these will last forever and you don't have to feel guilty about throwing them away after use because they are biodegradable. It is necessary to abandon the use of bad sponges and use environmentally friendly ones.

These sponges are amazing, they work better than any synthetic sponge I have ever had. I was hesitant to switch to natural sponges because I was afraid they wouldn't work. To be fair, they don't work as well, they work better. Coconut sponge cleans almost as well as steel wool but is much less abrasive, the wood fiber side is very absorbent and holds incredibly well (I honestly expected each sponge to last about a week or two and so far they've lasted at least a month). .

These sponges are a bit hard at first but they get softer. They don't have the issues I've experienced with the latest iteration of a similar branded product: they don't tear easily or separate between coats (except in small corners after prolonged use). Also, they don't discolor easily, and if they do, they almost completely disappear over time; You can hardly tell when you need to replace one! I love this product and am very glad I switched brands.
