Bought for individually labeled birthday gifts but the only thing that bothered me was the lip balm smell. They had a musty smell so I'm only giving 3 stars.

The lip balm is beautiful and smells nice but it wasn't properly packaged for shipping to Arizona in July. Several lids came off and melted. Everything had to be wiped separately. Huge fat mess.

I really liked the idea of this baby shower product that I was involved with. However, I only got 49 instead of 50 and 5 of them were opened without a lid. Also, delivery was a day later than stated at checkout. No impressions!

The packaging is glued on one side. Looks like it's already been opened. There are 46 tubes instead of 50. The honey smell is a bit penetrating, like disgusting beeswax.

Normal taste, good mouthfeel. I want my other 6 sent to avoid having to walk to come back somewhere. There is no way to speak to customer service. Disappointing.

Just received, each tube sealed and filled. Pleasantly soft to the touch with a light mint aroma. Very smooth feel with a slight tingle of mint. No clove smell, hooray! My mom has arthritis and loves that you don't have to take the labels off! Fantastic price. We are happy to support this company.

You need to buy a small gift for our volunteers. This lip balm was part of that and is good value for money. Used Avery 5660 labels for personalization. I had to trim them down a bit to fit the tube. That should be many 100 lip balms, but only got 98 (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). The photo shows that I have two labels left. I ordered mint. Goes smoothly with good hydration. Would buy again.
