Finally found a straw that is long enough for my tall glass, lasts all day and doesn't give the water an odd taste. I wish it was a little bigger but other than that it's great.

Check recent reviews before buying again. Shipping was TERRIBLE leaving a couple of straws damaged. Worst of all though is the taste, which was NOT included when I first bought it. Gag! It's hard to find 9 inch straws but I'll have to walk past them next time.

Please note that these straws are made from PLA (polylactic acid), a plastic made from various plant materials. In order to decompose, they must be processed under certain industrial composting conditions. Discarded on the ground or on the beach, for example, they do not decompose. I won't buy them again.

These straws have a strange texture on the lips and each straw has a hole in the curved part. They break so easily. I will actually be ordering other straws to replace these because they just don't work. * The seller contacted me personally and did everything right. They were professional and I will definitely order from them again. Thanks!

We use these straws for our farmer's market iced tea business. or replace for customers because they have large gaps or holes at the base of the curved section. We continue to use because we prioritize the use of biodegradable straws and finding the right length for our product is difficult. However, we are constantly looking for alternatives.

They arrived battered, only sent in their original packaging which is unsanitary for what you send, scattered in dirty trucks and warehouses and then put in your mouth. But they are also so thick that they affect the taste of your drink. I used to buy biodegradable straws and they were like plastic. It's a little weird. I will go back to my old brand. Rather pay 15% more than buy again. No thank you!

Update: About 1 straw out of 6 in the box I received is broken (and that's without even trying to pull any of them to bend them! ), which is unacceptable and I wouldn't order them again. You can't see if they're broken when you open the box, so don't realize it until you're ready to use them. I've used maybe 6 so far and have already had to throw away 2 because they broke above the bend area - I'll update the review if I use more but that's not a good start. The packaging wasn't in "perfect"…
