🌾 Naturcolor Dark Caraway Blonde Hair Dye - 4 Fl Oz (6C) Haircolor Review

This turned my hair orange and it doesn't contain pure henna. Before you try, be aware that common hair chemicals can react badly and most hairdressers will not work with you after using henna products due to unpredictable or permanent damage to your hair from exposure to bleach or hair dye. Henna is a long-term commitment. I wish I knew that before trying to fix it. Henna does not lighten hair, only gives orange-red tones.

The color looks great and it was what I wanted. However, I have a very uncomfortable rash behind my ears which is now spreading to my face and neck. I should have taken a test before doing my whole head but I'm not normally allergic to anything so I didn't think it would be a problem.

During quarantine I completely ruined my hair with bleach. In the end I just wanted to get my natural color back and after a lot of research I decided to use Naturcolor. After doing a color test on their website, I settled on Dark Caraway Blonde and Caraway Blonde and am amazed at how the color turned out. This is *exactly* my natural color and has 100% eliminated the yellow I had after a failed bleach. So thankful I found this - will definitely use again when it starts to fade.

I've been using Naturcolor for a long time. My natural color right now (mid 40's) is a level 5 ash (medium brown) with about 10% gray, most of which is whiskey. Started with 5H, then mixed 5H and 6H, then just 6H and finally 6H mixed with 7H. This last combo (6N with 7N) gave my hair an unflattering shade of orange. My fault; Attempting to let that light through in one operation almost always results in reddish hues due to the way brown hair is lifted. I definitely pushed it to see what kind of

I liked to use this color. Unlike other hair dyes, there was no harsh chemical odor. After that, my hair softened, and the color turned out to be quite accurate (a little darker than in the photo).

This is a very pleasing, more natural color. It has the ash tones I'm looking for. I used it to remove red highlights from henna. Real henna is used, not commercial henna mixtures that may contain metal salts. Seems to be working fine.
