6 tablets to get 3 grams of protein.

Not a lot of protein for the price. My fault for not reading the details carefully enough. I thought it was 3 grams per tablet but it is 3 grams per serving and a serving is 6 tablets. So go through them pretty quickly. Tastes decent but thought it would be more efficient to have boiled eggs on hand.

It is beneficial to be able to chew this tablet or simply swallow it with water.

Tastes good, but unfortunately this tablet only contains 3 grams of protein, which is not very much; but every little helps. Next time I will order a pill or pill with more protein, but in the meantime I will include more beans, green leafy foods like spinach, kale, kohlrabi, etc. in my diet.

Works as intended Great snack throughout the day

I find making shakes messy, these pills let you eat them like candy and get the required grams of protein, the light honey flavor makes them tolerable, it would be so powdery without eating it, everyone has their own way, this product just suits my clean effective liquid free style and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of grams.
