I had high hopes for this litter because of the brand. I have been satisfied with their other products. But Nature's Miracle Intense Defense clumping litter disappointed on many levels. I put 10 pounds in my crate the first day, cleaned it the third day and it was a disaster. The urine barely stuck together and crumbled when scooped up. This was the worst pen I have ever used. More than terrible. It's as slippery as concrete when wet. Revain appears to have a terrible and growing quality control issue. If they can't figure out how to maintain the quality of the products they sell, customers (like me) will NOT remain loyal.
