My teens hate chewing gum and I had a hard time getting them vitamins so I was excited to try them. Unfortunately, as with some of the other reviewers, the smell is so strong. It's definitely a "vitamin B" smell, but so strong that if I get them to swallow it, they almost choke on it. I'll try not to waste her, but this will be an attempt to get her to empty the bottle! Looks like we're going to be making gummy bears after this bottle runs out!

My 10 year old wanted an easy to swallow vitamin as she doesn't like the texture of gummy bears. We thought it would fit great! We especially loved the "natural orange flavor and smell" - but that's a HUGE fiction! We opened the bottle and were literally overwhelmed by the horrible smell of the vitamins - we closed the lid immediately but we can still smell it in the room! She was able to swallow the capsule with no problems except for the smell and taste, so let's see how long we can hold out.

My son HATES chewable and chewable vitamins. I tried another vitamin before this brand and we had to quarter it every morning for him to swallow. And the recommended dose of it was 3 a day! It was a pain in my ass and he hated it and only took 1 instead of the recommended 3. Done with that vitamin! It is much easier. Swallows easily, no discomfort. One softgel is the recommended dose. Very easy! A big plus is that it contains iron, but not enough to cause constipation.
