Helps with Diverticulosis

I have severe diverticulosis and tried this as an alternative to Provide to get more liquid nutrients. I started using it after being hospitalized and switched from liquid and soft foods to other products. When you have an illness, this is the stage where every bite counts and you feel constantly malnourished! This product makes a great fruit smoothie - on its own it tastes like your vegan aunt's homemade version of a quick clove breakfast, not bad, healthy, pretty sweet πŸ˜„ - and definitely got

Like many others, I try to limit soy and wheat; and i miss breakfast terribly too. Ala Virgin and Wheat Belly Diets started making smoothies with high-protein kefir and almond milk, but still felt a bit hungry when using them as meal replacements. Hence I get pea protein. I'm not vegan but have been drinking health shakes for a long time.

I've been using meal replacement health shakes for years and it's getting harder and harder to find the right shake! My favorites have either been discontinued or changed.
