HOW THE HUMAN BODY WORKS

I read the reviews and paid particular attention to the bad ones. I do not endorse a product until I have fully tested it. In medicine, there is a process called the biological half-life, which is simply the period of time for a product/drug to start working. This process also depends on the activity of the person, the body and, above all, rest and rest. I think a 52 year old man taking this product and getting a good night's sleep is exemplary. MUCH ENERGY!

waste of money! for diet and sports nutrition

The only reason my husband bought this product is because he said it was ULTRA and he bought 3 because the price was cheaper. Of course, if you find an offer, you should. But this product is by no means a bargain because it does absolutely nothing. He took a similar product from the same company and it cost about $20 more per bottle and it wasn't Ultra but it made him feel stronger in every way. Don't waste your money, this Ultra GHT MALE doesn't live up to its claims.

6ft tall and 235lbs down to 200lbs of muscle in 4 months - a real game changer!

Take 3 times a day as directed on the bottle, eat better and try to stay in good shape with light exercise for the last 4 months. I'm just over 6'1" and very "chubby", looking 235 pounds to start - after 4 months of better eating, exercising whenever I could, and taking this supplement daily, I'm still the same height ( laughs), but I lost more than 30 kg!
