Nautica Boys' Long Sleeve Polo Shirt for School Uniform: Quality and Style Combined Review

My 6 year old son is 45 pounds and wears a Tom Sawyer junior long sleeve shirt to school. He needed a new one, and the local clothing store was sold out. That's why I bought Nautica Large size (6). The Nautica Large Size 6 corresponds to my old Tom Sawyer Youth Xtra Small size 5-6. See photo, the Nautica shirt has been washed and dried in this photo. Now I have to buy the next size up.

Have ordered these shirts in the past, both short and long sleeve. You were great. This time one shirt had a gaping hole along the seam and I had to go through neck pain to get it back. The other shirt came straight out of the bag, soiled with what appeared to be a slimy stain. Rough. And disappointment. I've had good luck with Best Buy for clothes for my fast growing kids, but not this time.

A very cute shirt for a boy that can be worn both dressy and casual. I would buy again but definitely order a size up. I ordered a small / 8 for my 6 year old, he is quite large for his age. It just fit him, the size seemed more comparable to a 5/6 than an 8, I was hoping he could grow a little.

I love this shirt. It's a title that's tight on the chest and long on the sleeves. I wish the cuff was a bit tight, instead it looks like it's out of whack. Another great shirt.

The sleeves do not taper to the fitted cuffs. This makes the cuffs look stretched and the shirt looks too big. Return of shirts.

Great shirt. Good quality. Bought size 7 XL / regular little boys for my 5 year old. old grandson. He currently carries 6. They fit him well with little room to grow. He is tall for his age and has long arms. I'm perfectly satisfied. I love the feel of the shirt. Haven't washed it yet but don't expect much shrinkage as it's a 60/40 mix and just what I was looking for as it's for school and will be washed many times.

Great polo. Nice thickness (Land's E*ds are thinner than theirs and they don't keep their color as long as Nautica's). The spots also seem to come out more easily.

These uniform shirts are definitely the best. Better fit and quality than French Toast or Children's Place. This is my son's favorite and now he goes to school in long sleeves!

The shirt fit my son's body but the sleeves were too long. The handcuffs were also too wide and dangled around his wrists. Sent back for a refund.

I looked for different brands of red uniform shirts with no success until I found this one. The shirt is perfect. Color, quality and size a bit pricey but worth it. I will definitely order again. Thanks!

Well made, nice color BUT cut very, very small. I first bought a size 6 which is my son's usual size but I looked at it and knew I had to return it now. I ordered the next size up expecting it to fit - it's a slim fit. I was hoping to order a size up but it was out of stock and we needed these shirts for hiking. The material shrank with washing. I think our youngest will wear them.
