Disappointing Fashion Accessory for Girls

This brooch looks appealing online, but it's cheap and tacky in person. The crystals are mismatched and some are even missing .The pin is of poor quality and falls off easily..

Defective item received

Very disappointed! I just received a broken brooch! I ordered it for my colleague's birthday but when it arrived it was broken! It was in a nice hard box, impossible to break during handling! I'm sure it was broken before. So disappointed that it is now 10:00pm and everywhere is closed, I can't buy a gift :( The product was beautiful, but the pin head was broken, totally unusable!
