Description of 🐱 Navaris Cat Scratch Mat Sofa Protector - Natural Sisal Furniture Protector Scratching Pad for Cats - Protect Your Couch, Sofa, Chair - Right

SCRATCH & PLAY: Make your cat and yourself happy with this dark gray sisal scratch mat for the right side of your sofa, couch or armchair. The mat provides a surface that deters cats from scratching furniture, rugs and carpets. FURNITURE PROTECTION: Protect your furniture and let your cat enjoy scratching, even when you are not at home. Don't worry about scratches and damages to furniture any longer!. NATURAL SISAL: Sisal is an eco-friendly, non-toxic, safe material that is long lasting. The fabric provides sufficient resistance for a satisfying scratch session. CLAW CARE: One half is covered with sisal and the other half is made of fabric, which is placed over the arm rest and then tucked under the seat cushion. Your feline can sharpen its claws while the couch remains protected. APPLICATION: The couch guard covers the entire right side of your sofa along the arm rest and a small part of the front. Wrap the hook and loop fastener over the sofa legs to keep the mat firmly in place.

We all like it good for cats

So far so good. The cats seem to love it and I'm glad they don't scratch the sofa. Slight odor, possibly from the rope, but will dissipate quickly. Easy to wrap around the armrest of the sofa.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Compromise. on the scratching post

The cat wanted to scratch the new chair. I didn't want her scratching the new chair. All previous negotiations have failed (adhesive tape, cat spray, huge scratching post). This article is our compromise. She scratches happily and my bowel movements last another day.

Pros
  • practical article
Cons
  • only available in black

Kitty Approved for Cats

I bought a new sofa and didn't want my two fluffy babies to scratch it like they did with the old one. They use it instead of a sofa and they love it. It was just what I needed and it's not only approved for kittens but also for mothers.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Appearance for Cats

I bought this item for a brand new chair. My cat likes to taste it with her claws on the right side. Bought right side. The instructions were general. The appearance of the correct installation of this element looks ugly. But my cat didn't try to scratch it. I'll take a picture right away.

Sofa with protection for beds and furniture

Of all the products for cats I have bought, this is by far the best. My area was supposed to be the perfect area for cats to scratch, but these easy-to-use pads offer a great option for our cats - they fit both left and right and are kind to the rest of the couch. The only complaint I would have is that if your sofa is the same as mine, with adjustable footrests and no posts to attach the scraper bottom to, the rug needs frequent adjustments, but that's one small inconvenience.

Great, but only for certain furniture.

The product is of high quality, the Velcro is strong. My problem is that the chair I need it for has the armrest moved away from the seat. This happens with furniture where the armrest and seat are of the same length. I also wish it was made out of a textured fabric instead of a sisal rope material. My cat seems to prefer fabric on furniture to MANY rope and cardboard scratching posts I have around the house. I've never seen a scraper that mimics the real texture of the furniture they love to…

Finally something works!

My cat likes the fabric of the bed frame and sofa (almost denim?) as he likes to scratch her. He has several scratching posts including a flat on the floor and a scratching post. He doesn't understand what the pole is for and rarely uses the ground pole. We also tried this anti-scratch tape, but instead it finds other spots to scratch. Wrapping furniture in bright shiny ribbons is not the best option. Here we tried it. It doesn't quite fit our sofa because our cushions are sewn to the sofa…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not the best

waste of money! in scratching post

As a barrier, the cat keeps the sofa from further abrasion. My cat was definitely not interested in using it as a scratch mat! Whoever designed this has definitely never owned a cat! It has 2 velcro straps at the bottom on each side to wrap around the sofa leg as an anchor - they were too short. I couldn't use the Velcro on the back. It didn't reach the legs of my back sofa. The front Velcro barely reached the leg of the front sofa by a few inches. After a few days my cat started CHEWING on…
