Naxa Electronics NPB 240 Portable Boombox Review

Nice CD player for grandkids to listen to their book/CD. Good compact size and portable. But not good for the music. Very dull sound quality.

Nice little CD player. I use it in the kids room for bedtime music. Sticks to the wall, perfect. The volume is a dial on the side and I feel it's quite sensitive so I can get the volume I want.

My CD player stopped working 5 months after purchase. When I contacted the company because it was still under warranty, they said I would have to pay for both shipping to the company and the return postage. It would cost me more than the device itself. I will never buy from NAXA again.

What a wonderful guy this is. It's very compact and fits perfectly on my bedside table without being obtrusive. It plays pretty loud for its small size. However, don't let its small size fool you. This is a fully featured CD Boombox with radio tuner. No complaints and that's exactly what I need.

CD player looks brand new except for the CD that was left inside. Rzhunimagu! It's not a problem for me, it was a Christian CD and I bought it to listen to my Christian CD. If you want to return the CD, I'll be happy to mail it to you. Just send me a postcard with the address. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that I'd prefer you cover the package with brown paper or something else to hide what's being sent. It looks like it is not used. Bought in June and arrived late October, the internal parts (including the lens that reads the disc) just stopped working. Tiny parts broke off after normal use and because they got stuck near the lens. upset. I will consider accepting a replacement but will not, but again with my own money.

I really like this machine. I bought it to listen to foreign language CDs on a small device. For this function it worked very well. I didn't plan to use the radio but I did and it's great. I was always listening to a specific FM station on Bose radio. This device receives better and sounds better! I am very happy with the purchase. I will buy another one for another room.
