This unit was not easy to set up. Alarm mode does not turn off for alarm 2. It says it's battery operated, but after trying 6 different new batteries it still wouldn't work without it being plugged in. I wanted a backup battery as there is no outlet nearby. i want to keep it I hate the hassle of returns so I'll just have to keep it and let my son use it and order something else for me.

It took me a while to figure out the buttons but I like it. Easy to use once you figure out how to turn off the alarm. Big numbers, easy to read without glasses (for me). FM reception is better than my old clock radio and I don't need a second charger. If there's any criticism, the included power cord plugs into the top back rather than the bottom where I dropped it. should be. However, I like this clock radio very much and the price is right.

I don't like or hate this product. I wanted an alarm clock that wirelessly charges my iPhone every night, which it does. The only complaint about it is that you have to mount it right on top or it won't charge.
