I bought a headrest mount and it works great! The magnet is very strong and holds the iPad securely. On bumps and turns did not move. I attached a metal plate to the back of the iPad case according to the manufacturer's instructions. I tried putting it in a suitcase just to see if it would work and it wasn't strong enough. I would buy from this company again. The product is very high quality and well made.

We ordered this for an upcoming road trip on a friend's recommendation. That's great! We tested it on an older iPad and our iPhones. We attached it to the headrest of our Toyota Sienna van and it worked great. Being able to turn around is a good option as we have two children in the back and on opposite sides. We can adjust the view so that both can see the video clearly. This works a lot better than the flat sleeve system we had before.

so it's a bit more expensive than some others but i wanted to be able to set up a tablet with a movie and then just place it as my toddler can't can start anything. It really helped make the 10 hour trip that much easier and worth the extra money. I also just put a magnet between the body and the fire plate. I used a 7 inch Kindle Fire tablet with a case and the magnet held it to the drive with no problem. He fell a few times but I think it was because the boy accidentally kicked him.

The thing does not work, please do not buy. Yes, the magnet is strong enough to hold my phone and even my iPad, which is what I've used it for. The problem is that the magnet doesn't cope with even the smallest bumps in the road (which is inevitable) and immediately slips off the mount. Great product/concept. I usually use Scosche dash mounts in all my cars to mount phones. So I knew this should be a product that my kids' tablets could be installed on. This product does exactly that. The only reason this product gets a 3 from me is that the adhesive/seal fell off when I opened it from the packaging. I don't even see a need for glue / to be honest. I bought this mount to replace my current headrest mount which had clips instead of a magnet. I should have bought that first. The magnet is strong enough to hold the Galaxy Tab 10.1 without having to shake or reposition it. I would give this product a solid 4. It's good, but a few tweaks can make it great. We use it to store a 2nd gen iPad that we dedicated to a car for our 5 year old daughter.
