Very easy to use, standard tach connection on each ignition coil, most 4, 6 or 8 4 stroke engines, adjustable shift light nice and bright. big enough but won't block your view. Excellent purchase.

Works well! Hooked it up to a '81 Chevy C10 pickup for a deaf friend. now he can see if it's running or stalled (good old carburetor). It is a bit sluggish in responding to speed changes. but it's good enough for the average consumer. This is not a professional racing tachometer. don't wait for it!

The accuracy of the wheelbarrow is virtually lacking. The needle jumps and flickers every second at idle, so it's impossible to tell what rpm I'm running. At cruising speed, everything wobbles, rocks and swings from 1700 to 3500 rpm. Cheap but I knew I would go. I wasted my money so you wouldn't have to. This was installed on 84 c10 sbc at distributor hei.

Speedometer needle points straight down to range knob, cheap construction, loose parts rattle. I sent it back to the seller, the next day Amazon sent another one. Unfortunately, this one also had problems with the needle and stopped at 2000 rpm. Sent back for a refund. None of them opened their cellophane, just two pieces of junk and a waste of time.

installed it,,,, the screw going through the base and therefore too short and the holes too small had to go to the hardware stock and buy longer screw, also time will tell how long it lasts. The price was fantastic, clear and easily accessible. now that it is installed and i can drive my truck. I find it too slow to react to the engine.

I want to write an honest review. It works. The quality could be higher. But it works. I paid a professional company, Sound and Security, to install it. You did it right. Installation costs more than the product itself. It takes several freeway trips to calibrate properly. The lamp lights up when switched on. This is funny. Looks nice. This is a 2002 Toyota Echo Manuel Transmission. I could never have installed it myself. The instructions are confusing. Didn't want to blow up the car.

I wasn't expecting much. This is a cheap gesture. At first I just plugged it in to test. It did not work. I disassembled the case and there was a pinched wire between the case and the circuit board. So I fixed it and it worked. It seemed accurate, although the arrow ricocheted a little. But for the price and temporary goals, it suited me.
