Facilitates the storage of a large number of cards.

Bought for my friend who has bad carpel tunnel and we love playing hand & foot, the canasta version so you can get a lot of cards in your hand. She had trouble holding them all because her carpel tunnel hits both her thumbs and wrists. That solved the problem very well.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Perfect help for small hands.

I first saw them in a much smaller size when I shopped at Target but ended up finding a larger version at a lower price. Very happy with the functionality of these cardholders. My 5 year old is much easier to play Uno. She laid out her cards on the table, not being able to get them all in her hands. It was the perfect cure.

If you need help with maps then this product is for you

If you are struggling with a broken arm due to arthritis this product is perfect. My wife broke her elbow and couldn't hold a 3 or 4 card hand and the game we play requires you to hold up to 13 cards. In any case, this device holds maps very well. My wife even knocked them over a couple of times and the cards don't fall out of the holder.

Holds cards well but tips over easily

Good product for the most part. They hold cards well and don't slip out easily and I'm happy with that feature. I also like how many cards you can hold. The description is correct, holds up to 15 cards. It holds fewer cards if the cards are bigger. You can sit up straight on a flat surface, but unfortunately you tip over easily. Manufacturers should have added weights at the bottom to prevent tipping. Otherwise happy with this product.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Flaws

It's great!: Standard Playing Card Games

My husband, my mother and I play a game called 65 whenever we are together. You start with three cards in hand and work your way up to 13 cards in hand. We've all had trouble trying our best, managing our cards, getting to about 8 and wondering if there's anything that could help us. You and I also get hands on when we hold a lot of cards. After some research we decided on these instead of the slotted wooden slats because they could be put down when we had to get up from the table. I love them…

Great card holder. The best we've tried.

These are the best card holders. If you have someone with a disability in your life, that's great. It's amazing even with young children. We make cheap ones for our kids because they are strong enough to pull cards out of simple spring clip style card holders. This is amazing for a member of my extended family because they hold the cards tight enough that they don't slip, yet somehow loose enough that she has no trouble pulling them out which is a problem with other styles. It has legs so she…

Was a great success! for card games

Bought these card holders for our friend. She has terrible arthritis in the knuckles of both hands. We taught her some card games but some days it was very painful for her to hold the cards. I was very sorry that she wants to do what she loves. I surprised her with these business card holders and she really liked them. She said it really helps her a lot. She even won the game that night because she wasn't injured. I am very glad I bought them for her. For the small amount these cardholders are…

Holds cards for Canasta

We bought these for a game we call Canasta. You have many cards to hold in your hands. These holders make it easy to sort and group your cards. They're made of hard plastic that stands on its own, leaving both hands free. The cards hang slightly in the middle, but don't fall out when turned over. The more you put in the holder, the tighter it holds the cards. There is a piece of foam in the gap of the holder that holds the cards in place. They are not individually wrapped so they are a bit worn

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • So far so good

Check the adhesive side of the foam before first use.

This card holder is ideal for playing cards with seniors who have dexterity/strength problems. This helped him lay out the cards and allowed him to choose which one to fold or play. We had an issue with cards getting completely stuck and it turned out that the adhesive foam on the inside had separated from the plastic and the cards then slipped between the plastic and the sticky side of the foam rather than between the two pieces of foam , as they should. So before first use, gently insert your
