This card holder is ideal for playing cards with seniors who have dexterity/strength problems. This helped him lay out the cards and allowed him to choose which one to fold or play. We had an issue with cards getting completely stuck and it turned out that the adhesive foam on the inside had separated from the plastic and the cards then slipped between the plastic and the sticky side of the foam rather than between the two pieces of foam , as they should. So before first use, gently insert your fingers and press the foam backing against the plastic to ensure the cards slide into place. Once we figured that out and tested before deploying, we had no more issues. The cards were firm enough not to keep falling off, yet light enough to pull out when needed. The table is more crowded than one on each side but overall it did what we hoped it would and we would recommend it to friends.
