I was delighted with this product. Ordered, received and used within 24 hours! Pros: Easy to use Quick cleanup Good storage Cons: Too big for a toilet; Difficult to maneuver Small tear in the bags that came with the spoon. Overall I really liked it. The only problem is that the boxy part of the paddle is too big and it's difficult to scoop all the pieces out of it. Although it's easy to fix. I use a regular spatula to loosen the mess and lift it up. I do not mind. I still recommend it.
